Jared Forman
Jared Forman is responsible for the negotiation, diligence and acquisition of properties, as well as keeping in contact with prospective clients.
Jared is a proven entrepreneur with 7 years of real estate experience. Prior to launching Rodlin, Jared was the Director of Acquisitions for Simi Capital, a private equity firm focused on outdoor storage. Jared holds a B.S. in Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
Head of Construction
Anthony Paglinco
Anthony Paglinco is responsible for the development and execution of transforming our sites to fit our tenants' needs.
Prior to starting Rodlin Capital, Anthony spent 12 years running a civil / landscape construction firm in New York City. Anthony earned his Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from SUNY ESF and is currently pursuing his MBA at NYU Stern.
CFO
Guy Paglinco
Guy Paglinco has over 35 years of experience across private and publicly traded businesses as the CFO. At Rodlin Capital, Guy oversees finance, accounting, capital markets, and internal and external reporting.
Prior to Rodlin Capital, Guy implemented a partial ESOP for Contract Leasing Corp which transformed the company’s culture, and played a key role in its sale to an infrastructure firm.
Guy earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is a certified public accountant.
